The Client may cancel this booking at any time by giving written notice to The Photographer, but in doing so shall forfeit the Booking Fee of 25% of the total amount originally paid. The remaining 75% already paid shall be refunded. However if the cancellation is less than 12 weeks before the wedding day, will mean the client shall forfeit 100% of the total amount originally paid and no refund shall be made.
To cancel this booking, Client must notify ourselves in writing by letter. If Client wishes to change the Event date, Client must notify us verbally and also in writing. Thereafter, if the Photographer is available for the desired new date, Photographer and Client will execute a new contract, and all monies paid will transfer to the new date. The new date must be within 6 months of the original date. If the Photographer is unavailable on the new date, the booking will be cancelled.
