HOW IT WORKS
We begin by having a consultation where you brief us on what your design requirements and goals are. After providing a quotation for the job, we will design and reconsult with you until there is a satisfactory design for your needs. Normally a desposit is taken depending on the size of the job.

What do you charge for Graphic Design services?
Prices depend on many variants, but you can be sure you are getting a great value for your design project. Design jobs are charged by the hour. Typical graphic design projects are £40 per hour plus VAT.
Vehicle branding designs are charged at a flat rate of £75 plus VAT as a desposit for designing three different options based on your budget.
At the end of the day it entirely depends on what your project is. We can provide as many or as little designs as you require. We work with you to ensure we are able to work within your budget and that you still get a satisfactory outcome.
What's the process?
During our initial meeting, we first begin by discussing the client’s ideas, target market, and uses for this design.
We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes or dislikes to get an idea of their taste.
Sometimes the client already has a design concept in mind. Other times, they have no idea what they want.
Either way, we make sure we have collected enough information before we begin work. Our design service is very straight forward.
If you’d like to see extra concepts after our initial three ideas or if you need a couple designs for multiple companies our service can be priced according to your needs.
Do I get a vector file for my design once created?
You will certainly get vector files of your logo and branding identity. This comes as standard.
More specific files such as Poster Designs, Brochures, Vehicle Graphics aren't usually asked by the customer, so we do not give out these specific files
Is the artwork our property once paid for?
Not the actual artwork files unless agreed upon in the proposal. Of course you get a copy of your logo as a vector or any specific file type, but the copyright of the design is still under Heritage as we are the designers.
Can I choose the design of a wrap?
Absolutely, our specialist designers work with clients throughout the wrapping process. This means that if a client has a design in mind, we are more than happy to implement it. On the other hand, we’re more than happy to work with a few ideas or concepts.
How will I receive my logo files once complete?
A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you through USB transfer, or through e-mail, or wetransfer.com. We also keep a copy of your project on file for later updates or should you lose your copy.
