Frequently Asked Questions
How long is delivery?
Delivery is approximately 7 days in total.
This includes 2-4 of production to dispatch, then another 2-3 days for delivery. You will be given a tracking number to keep track of the artwork you order.
In some cases we are able to speed up production and get your product delivered sooner.
What sizes do you offer?
Most of our canvas artworks go from 12 x 16 inches up to 32 x 24 inches.
Acrylic and aluminium artworks go from 400mm x 300mm up to 750mm x 500mm.

Can you frame my artwork?
If you want to purchase a canvas, acrylic, or aluminium artwork and wish to have it framed, we can do this upon request with a quotation. Please get in contact with support@printlab.site to get a quote today.
Are you artworks ready to hang?
Absolutely! Canvas artworks come with a canvas hanging kit which is included with wall fixings.
Acrylic and aluminium artworks come with a framed hanging system on the back which is designed to sit on two screws in the wall. (Make sure the screws are level with a spirit level). Screws and wall fixings themsevles are not included.
How long do my artworks last?
It entirely depends how well the artwork is looked after. If looked after very well, all of our artworks can last up to or beyond 20 years with life expectancy.
How long do giclee prints last?
Giclee papers are of the highest quality, some can last up to or over 100 years once printed. We use Epson and Hahnemuhle fine art papers to ensure your artwork lasts beyond the artists life span.
