Frequently Asked Questions
Do your wallpaper and wall vinyl stick to any surface?
Our wallpaper and wall vinyls are designed to be stuck to any clean, dry and flat surface on the wall.
When applying stickers to walls, please note that they will stick down best when the wall has been painted with normal matt emulsion.
Some glossy / silk paints, or ‘special effect’ paints (e.g. light reflecting paints) can be more difficult to apply wall stickers to because of their chemical properties.
Our partial wall graphics (stickers) can be applied on top of any of our smooth wallpaper or vinyl, but in these situations please note that the stickers may not be cleanly removable and is not warranted.
Is your wallpaper and vinyl washable?
Yes absolutely, however we do strongly recommend not to scrub with heavy force as this can damage the print itself.
Is there a variety of finishes?
Absolutely! We hold a great range of different wall vinyls, wall papers, some with special textures and some smooth. You are more than welcome to visit us and have a look at the samples we can show you. Feel free to call on 023 9257 1900 and let us know when you plan to visit.
Can you design a wallpaper?
Absolutely, our specialist designers work with clients throughout the process. This means that if a client has a design in mind, we are more than happy to implement it. On the other hand, we’re more than happy to work with a few ideas or concepts. This service is extra from the printing price if you do not have artwork already in hand.
How long before its delivered?
Although our shipping says 6/7 working days approximately, We usually take 2-3 days to dispatch your custom wallpaper, as well as and then the deliver is 2-3 days extra.
If you are local to us, you can also use the pickup option at the checkout and collect it from us yourself.
How long does my wallpaper/vinyl last for?
The manufacturers of the materials give an average of 4 years for indoor and outdoor materials. However although it isnt guaranteed, we know some materials can far exceed this if well looked after (i.e. 5-8 years).
